flight ticket-pensioner

I recently had an issue with my mums ticket, and this was brought to the attention of management from HYPER CHECKERS COURNUBIA, at the beginning I did write that there was no joy and I wasn't being assisted however I did get management calling me and assisting me. I was assisted from ground level staff to regional manager. I want to say thank you to all that assisted me with my mums flight ticket, I really appreciate the effort.
