Flies over Deli food at Checkers at mall@55

I have visited Checkers at Mall@55 Centurion on different days to buy cooked food at their Deli . I have seen flies over the food on different days which is a health hazard to customers. .I informed staff working there on those days. Today when i complained to one of the staff, she informed me that her supervisors told her that there is nothing they can do about the flies and asked her what would she do if those flies where in her house. Remember at home the food is covered while in the shop the food is not covered.
