Flat Batteries

I recently purchased a pack of new flat batteries from one of your Checkers stores last Friday. Unfortunately, the batteries are not working as expected. I returned to the store to request an exchange or refund, but was informed that this is not possible without a till slip.

While I understand the importance of proof of purchase, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter, as the product is clearly faulty and was only bought a few days ago. I can provide the approximate date, time, and store of purchase if needed to help trace the transaction.
