fire the floor manager

To the floor manager at checkers bluff who was on duty on 23 December 2021 during the evening shift (5pm-7pm). How many items are allowed at the express till checkout? I have seen people with trolly full of items at the express till and your staff just ignore it? In futre I will only use the express till no matter how many items I purchase
