Fighting for service

At Checkers Hyper at Mall of Africa for the second time in a row now, trying to order savoury pancakes and it being an issue for your staff to give good respectable service...i mean im paying for what i want..its not free. You get to them and they are nor prepared to make the pancakes on a saturday between 11 and 1???. Shouldnt they be prepared for customer orders??? Why should i wait 20 mins for them to first make dough?? Or get an excuse that they havnt prepared ingredients for pancakes so they not making today??? Is this how u conduct business Checkers??
