FEELS LIKE IM BEEN ******

Bought 45 vouchers for R150 for my staff however when i went to use 1 of the vouchers there was 25c change and i was told that you guys don't give cash back,I then asked the front end controller to show me a product for 25c and he couldn't..... SO WHAT HAPPENS TO MY 25c on the voucher .....Just imagine 25c x a million customers. i then get to the till and receive a scratch card of which the quality is so poor that when you scratch the silver the white comes out with the code, It says i won but Checkers at Game City said they cant help.......UNACCEPTABLE
