Fed up with Checkers.

I ordered groceries for my 10 year old who lives in Durban and I'm in the Western Cape. The driver went to the wrong address three times over a period of three days and had to cancel order and ask for a refund. Reversed the monies and was told it will be on my account within 2 to 3 days but it's now been 10 days. My child is hungry and I don't have any more money till month end or till I get my money from Checkers. My child is so so traumatized and I am also traumatized can't sleep. I'm in tears. 😭 😭 😭
