Fed up of having my money wasted

This is the second time my money is being wasted by the Checkers Sixty App. Why have a functionality offering you to choose an alternative & still pitch up with something completely different and with no communication with your customer to get the go ahead. Please tell me what do I do with FOOD items that can go off that I will not use. Also why provide a "submit an issue" functionality if nothing is being fixed.
