Faulty Product - Foreign Ground Coffee Flask Faulty Lid

I bought the Foreign Ground Coffee flask on 4/06/2022, on my way to work drinking tea from the flask it leaked on me quite badly, now you imagine being half way to work and having hot tea leak on you. Not a pleasant experience. I am very disappointed at the quality of the product, the inner rubber of the lid is not fit to size and even after numerous attempts to try and fit the rubber into the lid, it doesn't fit!

I have already thrown the slip away so I am unable to change it, but I must say I am very disappointed at the quality I bought. This is not the first time buying faulty products or fruit that I is rotten at the bottom of the bag at Checkers Silver lakes.
