Fantastic Customer Care at Checkers Windermere (Durban)

I regularly use Checkers Windermere Centre (Durban). I have generally found the management staff slow to respond to issues and rather surly.

However, this last Saturday (2 Nov 2019) I was bowled over by great service.

I had purchased a food item that when I got home, I discovered it was off. I went to return it, and an Assistant (tall lady with long hair extentions) immediately attended to me and quickly called the manager (Mr D Govender). Mr Govender was exceptional in handling the situation, and I cannot compliment him (and his Assistant) enough.

He was friendly and professional, and he went above and beyond to rectify the situation and repair my confidence in this branch.
