FALSE PRICES ON SYSTEM

<p>During November I purchased pizza bases at Checkers and when the cashier was ringing up all the items I noticed that they cost R26.99 per packet of three. I still made a comment that they have increased with approximately R7. However, when unpacking at home I noticed the price on the item itself was only R23.99. I went onto their website and complained about this because this was not the first time that something like this happened at their Langverwacht store in Kuils River. 3 weeks later and still no response - not even an apology. I went to the shop and showed the supervisor and she asked me if I could return the one I have not used so that they could see for themselves - not trusting the photo I took with my cellphone. I find it very irritating to check every price on the shelve and again at the checkout to make sure that it is the same price. This should not be the case. When I got a bit hot under the collar they gave me R6 back with again no apology whatsoever. Sad that such a big group should give such bad service.</p>
