False Price Representation, disgusted service

<p>Hi All,</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to Checkers Fairbridge today, their Best Deal Card, which I assume is their specials cards, said "Platinum Induksie Koker.. 2plate R499.99", the barcoded price, which I assume is the original price says R1499.99, and I realised this is a bargain for R499.99, so I went ahead and took 2, one for myself and one for my mother, when I got to the till, I was told this is a mistake, and I already phoned my mom to let her know I'm buying her one too. I was addement that I want to pay the price as advertised in store. They were practically insensitive and no admission of false price representation was made, instead it seemed as if I was the mad one.</p> <p>I do have pictures of the Big Deal R499.99 price card that says in big 2plate, but they insist it's the one plate, I asked so why does the card say 2plate???</p> <p>Disgusted with their service!!! Where do I report this matter further, as I have proof, they clearly have no respect for the consumer act and don't care about good customer service!!!!!</p>
