False adverti*****t on Extra Save from Checkers

I went to apply for an Extra Saving Card as advertised and were told they were and were told it is not available anymore. The manager blaed management, Covid and service provider for it. The Manager Eugene Du Plessis not very helpfull at all and seriously need to be trained in customer care and not to blame others in order to sort out the problem himself. Kudus to Rosslynne Williams that eventually helped me. I wonder whether any of the other products of Checkers exist as I have e.g not see a pensioners till - however had to admit was not looking for it.
