I bought a faulty PlayStation 5 from Checkers in Grahamstown 8 months ago.. I had reported 4 times before returning it. On my return of the item no branch manager came to see me the cashier who assisted on the purchase of this item had to help me with the return of this. I called head office and spoke to Meagan Hildebrand who said I should send her my slip to see if it is still within the 12 months. Which I have done today when I called to follow up they advised that there is a 7 day return policy which was not disclosed to me at the time when I purchased the item. Please make people aware of this so they do not purchase any electronics from Checkers.
