False advertising

I received an email on the 29 stating that if i spend more that R100 on checkers 60sixty by the 2 July i will get a free gift Nescafe Golf Cappacino worth R69.99 10x18g, i made a purchase on the 30 June worth R350.29, invoice number INV***3A order number ***3A but i didnt receive my gift i then contacted support reference number ***. they asked my details by they didnt get back to me. its nearly 3 weeks now and i am still waiting for my cappacini
