False advertising / being dishonest

Checkers advertised that they had Omo capsules on special. I went to three different Checkers Hyper stores in Centurion and Pretoria and NONE of them had it on the shelf or even a poster showing that it is on special. Clearly this is false advertising and Checkers being dishonest. We were planning on buying our groceries at Checkers but everytime left the stuff as Checkers doesn't care about the customers.
