False advertising and Rude Assisting Manager

My parents and I bought groceries at Checkers in Ballito Junction Mall. We saw an extension cable priced as R149.99 for a 5m cable so we took it. Once we exited the store, we saw the cashier rang R179.99 and we went back just to confirm why. The assisting manager named Rachael G. assisted us. She went to have a look and when she came back she said that the extension cable was priced R179.99 . My mum and I said no that can't be correct so we asked her to take us to where she found the price for the cable. As we walked, she took us to aisle where she saw the price but then we asked that she must follow us to where we took the cable from. When she saw the price R149.99 by the 3m & 5m, she quickly said that the price is for the cables below but it clearly states that it is for R149.99 because there is no other prices. She argued that the cables isn't R149.99 and it is for what we paid for R179.99. She also pointed and said that the 3m heavy duty cables is R99.99 but it states as R149.99 for a 5m as well. When I questioned her about the price that is also labelled wrong, she quickly took the price out as she knew she was wrong and didn't want to assist us at all. She just stood there and said that if the price label was above the extension cables where we took it from she would've given it to us but it isn't above the cables. It still clearly states that it is R149.99 with no other prices. We told her that this isn't customer service and she was still being rude to us and continued to argue saying she won't be able to give it to us. When we asked for the manager she rep**** she will be back shortly and just left us there. As we walked to the front where the customer service section is, the manager was busy writing & giving us a refund without us knowing.
