False advertising

Checkers has a special on a coffee machine combo deal. They only have this available at their hyper stores. I went to the closest hyper store to me, Roodepoort and was told they have no stock and that they were only give 15 of this item. It is a very in demand product so I don't understand how that is possible. Then i queried this and the customer service team says that Sandton Hypermarket has stock and i must go fetch it from there....i asked can it delivered as Sandton is very far from me and was told point blank no. But dont you guys have a delivery service? I was even willing to pay a delivery charge. Please can some contact me and see what can be done. I really want this product and i want two of it for gift for a family member.
