FALSE ADVERTISING!

I have sent numerous emails regarding this matter to Checkers and still they dont have answers for my queries.

When I look on the Checkers app (It is set to view Checkers Hyper, Brackenfell's prices), it shows that if you buy 6 bottles of Bon Courage sparkling wine, you pay R369.99 for six bottles. There were bundle deals on all the Sparkling wines, if you buy 6 bottles then you pay less. We wanted to buy 24 bottles for our wedding. When we went to Checkers Hyper in Brackenfell, they told us they dont know of such deal and that we should buy it online on Checkers liquor website then we will qualify for the bundle deal. When we went on Checkers liquor website to order, they charge us R500.00 for six bottles of Bon Courage Sparkling wine and all the prices including the bundle deals differs from the ones on the app. We then emailed Checkers about this, they respond that the Checkers liquor website and Checkers app are different from one another, the deals are subject to Brackenfell Checkers Hyper liquor shop only, we must buy the bundle there, because the store and liquor online are not the same. We went back to the store, and there is no such deal again, they refer us to buy online at Checkers liquor shop. Now this is FALSE ADVERTISING!

We emailed Checkers again regarding this matter. Why advertise products at a certain price and then when you want to go buy it for that price, the store, nor the online shop knows nothing about these deals which is being advertised on their Checkers app.

I emailed Checkers again, this time with screenshots to prove to them what is being advertised on their app, differs from what is being sold instore and on their online liquor website.

They emailed me back, not answering again to my query at all, just stating that Checkers app and Checkers liquor online is not the same therefore prices will differ, not acknowledging the fact that they have false adverti*****ts on their Checkers app.

The point is. You advetise bundle deals on your checkers app! When I go to your store they dont know anything about these deals! When I contact Checkers liquor, they also know nothing about these deals.

When I checked again this morning to take an updated screenshot to send through again, the bundle deals that were being advertised all along (for months) have been removed suddenly. (Now after I emailed you about is)

This is FALSE ADVERTISING CHECKERS AND YOU WONT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE IT IN YOUR LAST EMAIL TO ME!!!!!!

You would rather send me the same ****ty reply from the previous email and in the meantime remove the false adverti*****ts in silence, just to cover up your tracks of false advertising.

Luckily I have the screenshot to prove the false adverti*****ts.

The way you handled this, disgusts me as a loyal Checkers customer.
