False advertising?

<p>Advert stated a DOLCE GUSTO JOVIA CAPSULE COFFEE MACHINE plus coffee to the value of R248 in the deal. States that only while stock is available.</p> <p> </p> <p>When trying to purchase the machine we were told at 5 different Checkers shops in the George Mossel Bay area that they do not have stock of the coffee. Three stores stated that they never received and stock, nor do they normally stock this flavour of coffee. Surely if they never received the stock, the advert was misleading as Checkers could therefor never comply to the advert. Could a different flavour not be provided to compensate for the non-availability?</p> <p> </p> <p>No response was received to a customer complaint</p>
