False advertising

I went to shop at Checkers Zevenwacht after checking the specials online. When i checked my slip at home non of the discounts came of. I mailed xtra savings customer care to lodge a complaint. By saturday I received a mail requesting all my details. By Tuesday I received no feedback. I then called the customer care line. Valentino promised to get back to me and still a day later nothing. This is by far the worst ever customer service ever.
