False advertising

I'm not quite sure why sixty60 is allowed to make false claims. According to them ".... delivered to your door in just 60 minutes". I'm not sure on which planet this is as the majority of my orders are never within the so claimed 60 minutes. My most recent example occurred on the 25 September. I placed my order at 12h33..........I received my goods at 15h11. Normally I would revieve the default whatsapp message (and Ive received a lot) stating that my order is delayed. However no indication on the day. I've sent queries as to why my delivery was so delayed, but of course no response.

I make use of sixty60 on a regular basis. On average between 10 to 15 orders a month. Most of them being delivered over the claimed 60 minutes of course. Thanx to this pathetic service though I'm searching for another delivery service.
