False advertising

Horrible and disgusting service from such a big brand. I placed my order at 11 expecting that my delivery will be done within an hour. No one told me formally or informally in advance that my order will be delayed. It is now 15:20 when I call only am I being told that there's a backlog. I went on the app to review it and saw this is not a today issue Checkers making false ads that they can deliver in 60 minutes. I think competition authorities should look into this as customers are being mislead with this application.
