False accusations without asking

<p> </p> <p>I am very disappointed in the way the staff and security at your mall @ carnival branch falsely accused and harrassed us today.<br />We shop there every week, and i do all my shopping there unless they out of stock then shop at another store other then checkers.<br />This week i happened to buy for almost R3000-00, was there with my wife and little daughter and she happened to be wearing the red boots we bought from your store the previous week.<br />So at the tillpoint the lady asked am i going to pay for those boots so i explained to her that i bought it last week and she understood.<br />Then at the door the security and staff harrassed us and asked us for proof that we bought it last week and kept on accusing us of *****ing it to a point where my little daughter burst into tears and i just walked away since its our fasting month and i dont want to get into arguments.<br />I was going to go back in and ask for a full refund on all the items i purchased but dont have time for that since needed to be home at the time of breaking fast.<br />So now if i have to shop at one of your stores then i'll probably have to walk around with all my receipts to show proof of purchase if i happen to be wearing something from your stores.<br />So im really disappionted, never been treated like that at any other store before.<br />Now it makes me think if i should continue shopping and supporting the checkers brand stores.<br />Since your staff dont know how to ask politely and they lack customer service.<br />Who just accuses someone and then carries on accusing someone to a point where they make a 5year old girl burst out crying and never wanting to go back to checkers because of this disturbing event.</p>
