False accusation from security personnel

I just left Checkers Woodlands mall and the experience I have encountered is horrible to say the least. I did my shopping, paid for my items then I get stopped by the security personnel at the exit. I am told upstairs they told them to check my receipt because "I left something", what a way to phrase an accusation, then I inform the security personnel what is it that I left as I know what I went inside the shop with, he then asks for my receipt which I glady give and the only answer he can give me, is that he was told to check my items as I left something. Then he calls a guy by the name of Vincent that all the items are counted for as per the receipt.

It was disgusting that you get accused of *****ing and yet they can't provide a response and keep on saying Vincent said you left something inside the shop. Vincent even tried to insist that there must be something I didnt pay for. Such experience from Checkers is horrible as I have been your clients for years now to receive such treatment and accusation disguised as if I left something inside the shop.

I left because I was in a hurry but I demand to see footage that Vincent saw and him to be adamant that I left something inside the shop and my trolley needs to be searched.
