**** security

<p>i lost my phone (iphone 6s rose gold color) at Checkers in Bramfischer last night 19/07/2016. i believe i left it at the till. when i had realized i didn't have the phone, i went back to checkers and found the cashier that was helping me had already gone to cash up. she was called back by her manager who asked if she saw the phone and she said no. i asked to see footage and they said i should come back during the day when their camera operator will be available. they took down my details but didn't call me like they said would when the camera person arrives.i went back today and turns out most of their camera's do not work so there is no footage of me at the till. the one camera shows me in the queue to pay but nothing of till and the cashier. the other security informed me the cashier was suppose to searched last night when i made the complaint but they didn't. and at 1st they didn't want me viewing the footage i till i forced the matter then they told me most of the cameras at the till don't work including the till i was at. i'm very disappointed and angry at their security system because it shows negligence towards their customers security.</p>
