failure to I.d coupon

i discovered a variety of coupons that Checkers advertised. Loaded my coupons to purchase my monthly groceries, filled up my trolley & matched on towards the cashiers. Tal**** up my groceries & low & behold my coupons were declined. Coupon failure costed my a sum of R1000 that I didn't budget for!!!
