Failure to deliver

I placed an order with Sixty60 today, and then went to wait outside when the app told me that the delivery was on the way. Eventually, I gave up an came back inside, only to find out that the order had been cancelled because apparently there was no answer! I was outside waiting for the order for ages and NOBODY came to my gate! Despite the total waste of time this has turned out to be, they still charged me for the delivery even though nobody came! How can you charge for a service that is not provided?!
