Extremely unhappy with Sixty 60

I placed on Sixty60 an hour ago and the wrong item was delivered. The delivered is not a suitable replacement or something I can use. The app does not give me an option to get this resolved and your is ringing endlessly. I've had a rather good relationship with Checkers, however this order is unacceptable.
