Extremely poor service

Checkers hillcrest corner I'm not going back there, on the 19 of March 2020 time:10:48, I went to buy mtn starter packs and they told me to go the the money market, and I stood behind the sign that says "queue starts here" 3 ladies from there were busy having conversations and not checking out the line and eventually I had to walk up to them and ask for assistance of which like they were not so keen in helping me and also told me that I must have my ID and I went and fetched my ID copy and came back and still they were only assisting one person and the other 2 were just sitting and doing nothing, no smile or warm welcome when they were assisting me, I'm so disappointed and disgusted. One of them was Nomvula Shabangu very bad service
