Extremely poor management

I was looking for a green Weber braai at the Herm**** Checkers. They told me that they only stock the black Weber braais. They kindly offered to phone Checkers Hyper Somerset West to find out if they stock the green braais. Herm**** Checkers did not get through and so I tried to phone again that same afternoon.

The lady that answered the phone at Checkers Hyper Somerset West said they will check and get back to me. She never got back to me. I drove through from Herm**** to Somerset West to see if they have the colour I am looking for. I brought the matter to the general manager's attention. She was extremely rude and defended the employee who never got back to me, saying that there are "over 300 employees" and I can't expect her to address the matter with so many employees because she does not know who answered the phone. This is extremely unprofessional as I did not receive any form of apology even after driving all the way from Herm**** because they do not answer or do not get back to the customer.
