Extremely poor

I ordered Linda Mccartney soya products from Sixty60 (which did not show out of stock at the time of ordering), 4 of those boxes and casually added a packet of Frozen chips (R39.99). The purpose of the order was for the Linda Mccartney products which has been out of stock for a while. To my surprise only the Frozen chips was delivered with a R35 delivery fee, so in effect the Chips cost me R74.99. Nobody bothered to call to say the products were out of stock. Surely in this economic nobody would want to pay R35 extra for a R39.99 product. Cherry on top I call their call center and speak to Imran who with an attitude tells me "They have many customers who orders only one product......" - No apologies nothing!!!! I've now deleted the app and will not deal with Sixty60 ever again!!! It's pathetic!
