Extremely dissatisfied

I called your branch in the bluff at 10:13 to order food as we usually do. The person who answered the phone was very rude and made it clear that I am not a customer since I’m ordering via the phone she said checkers customers do not do that. I did inform her that I take my break after 12 and I was advised by the Deli staff that I must call and order before 10 so that they will reserve for me I’ve been doing that and I’ve never had a problem till today. The lady was extremely rude and the service I received was very poor. I’m very disappointed. I’m a regular shopper there and I spend thousands of rands every month and with the treatment I received today I will rather shop somewhere else. I waisted my airtime and energy.
