Extremely Disappointed

This is unacceptable. I order for my Mom who is 79 years old 2 or three times a month. I also order for myself. However I always make sure my moms order is whilst it's still light, my mom lives in an old age village she can't drive and cannot walk. Today 26.04.2022. I placed an order for her R900. 00. Delivery scheduled 5.08 pm. Perfect it's till light.. It's now 10 to 7 pm no delivery no updates from drives. After calling apparently driver has other deliveries... I've asked for a manager to calle... Notjing.. I'm not in the same area my mom is panicking it's stressful... I'm very very very disappointed,
