EXTREME changes at De Grendal Store

We have lived in Burgendy for 3 years now and have religiously supported our local supermarket. <br> All our grocery shopping whether it be daily, weekly or monthly we would complete at our Checkers.<br> <br> The store was always perfectly stocked with ample variety & new products, squeaky clean, friendly staff & efficient management. <br> <br> Recently the store has CLEARLY undergone restructuring the staff are disrespectful, blatantly rude and display rambunctious behaviour. Fighting with customers at tills for the whole store to hear? Fighting at the butchery where it looks like a boxing ring and customers shouting back? NO management control or influence to resolve.<br> <br> The employees are truly uncontrollable, just this week i stopped to get dinner & a staff till was clearly being operated with no signage whatsoever. Knowingly that i was a customer waiting in the que they continued to push in front of me to ensure their items were paid for first.<br> <br> Surely if there was a shift change and a staff till was being operated signage should be displayed to ensure CUSTOMERS are not disturbed & treated as priority?<br> <br> This store which used to be a complete pleasure is now a dirty, unorganized, under stocked MESS
