express till 10 items...oh no wait more then 20

i went to checkers scottburgh yesterday 25/03/2016 just after 3pm in the afternoon.i went in to get 3 things,two packs of mince and royco cook in sauce.i went to the express tills as i only had 3 items.im waiting in line and the cashier helps a women who has a double basket trolley and wants to pay.i asked the cashier why does she let someone pay who has more then 10 items.i called the manager and she asked the cashier and the women paying says its two transactions and i said still its more then 10.everyone just carried on and left it.tell me why do you have these tills in store but people may pay for alot of items at these tills.i was so angry at the way your manager and cashier just leaves it.i refuse to put my foot back into checkers and will support pick n pay at scottburgh mall.that store is not run by your managers and they are lazy just like the cashiers.
