expiry or old food that sold to me and caused my family running, cramp stomach problem.

yesterday during my lunch break i went to checkers at carnival mall to buy my lunch as daily basis, i went where they sale ready hot food like chicken, chicken strip, rise, chips etc , i came across with a few transparent containers that was caring a delicious food that was including but not limited to chicken strips, crunch, samosa, sliced bread, burger, etc , i asked the young leady about the package as was Seling R30 per contain if is fresh and today, she told me that yes are all packaged today and fresh, then i decided to take 4 of the package to cove also my kids at home, i also buy the pump flavor water for myself, i ate few on my contain as lunch. after work i took all with me home as i knocked off at 17:00 and my lunch was 14:00 to 15:00, we all as family at home took advantage of delicious eat all as our supper. now here is the problem: WE all are having running Tumi, stomach cramp, stomach Noice irritating since last night after we ate those food. i am very disappointed with checkers at carnival mall now i want all my refund and the damage that we received plus my daily rate as i didn't even go to work today and is no work no pay, lucky my wife she is working at school and is weekend that include the kids as is weekend.

for this 1. i want to Contact the Environmental Health Practitioner (EHP) at the Municipal Office when returning to work probable Monday. 2. i want checkers to pay me all the damages that include my daily rate at work that been upsent due to their negligence.
