Expired product and poor customer service

I bought 3 packs of danone at Checkers Hillcrest (KZN) 25 October 2020, with me trusting Checkers I did not check the expiration date. And I only checked the expiration date on the 27th of October, the reason for me to check the date was because my daughter sick and I had to check everything she has eaten. The Danone expiration date was 05 October 2020. The way I was treated when I went to Checkers to tell them what happened was very poor.
