Expired product

I so hate checkers till this day , i wrote this email to them and was not considered because i did not have the manager special item packaging that i bought .I was admitted in the hospital in 2018 due to the manager special malvapoeding that i bought on my way home .I have no allergies or anything and im used to eating this product . I went to the hospital and my medical aid didn't cover .I then logged a case asking checkers to settle the medical bills as it was caused by the product i had bought from Checkers Gateway .
