expired meat

On Saturday the 5th of May i went to Checkers to buy some few items then i decided to buy boerewors,when i went to the fridges to choose some i found that there was boerewors that was on promotion (karoo boerewors).I got convinced to buy it since it tasted good and it was a bit cheaper (R 58.99/1,202 kg).On Sunday i decided to cook it since i craved it only to notice a foul smell then i checked the expiry date only to find that it is expiring on the 6th of May which was the very same Sunday.I was disgusted because i tasted it,i nearly vomited then i lost my appetite but now the problem now is that i cant return it because it will cost me half the money i bought with since transport cost R 38,00 so i decided not to because i don't have money to do that.Now i don't trust that anything i bought is in a good condition i am paranoid about everything that i bought and i do all my grocery at Checkers
