Expired Guarana or just plain soda water? I NEED my REFUND!!

This is probably the worst service I have ever received!! On the 11 February 2021 I ordered two six packs of Guarana Smirnoff on the 60 app. The ordered arrived perfectly packed in the Smirnoff Guarana packaging. When i opened the six pack it was plain soda water in Guarana cans..... I complained about the product and received a refund on the app. Unfortunately I did not learn my lesson the very first time and ordered the Guarana again on 18 Feb again on the app. And yet again received plain soda water in Guarana cans!!! I have been complaining non stop about this(Probably logged close to 10 complains) and there is a complete radio silence as no one is getting back to me about anything!! I have logged complaints on their website as well as on the app since the 18 of Feb and no response at all!!! At home i have four six packs of plain soda water packaged in Guarana Smirnoff cans...!!!! CAN I PLEASE GET A REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!
