Expired Food - Unfit for Human Consumption

I bought a packet of StirFry Vegies at Checkers - Gateway. The packet was slimy but I took little notice of this as I initially thought this was due to the ice melting. When I got home I decided to cook it and instantly my entire house had an acrid odour. Imagine my disgust when I had spent my hard earned R40 and now I had to throw away the whole thing.
