Expired Chicken

My mother bought the pre-marinated chicken from Checkers at The Glen Shopping Mall only to find that the chicken was off. When she returned it with the till slip, the manager gave her attitude and asked for the packaging of the chicken. She explained that she'd already discarded the packaging but gave him the till slip for proof but he refused to assist her and basically told her to go dig out the packaging from the bin so she can prove that the chicken was from Checkers. She has been a loyal customer since the Checkers opened in the Mall, and beyond that, this treatment is beyond appalling. Please assist in getting the matter sorted out and this manager disciplined accordingly.
