Expensive Ice Creams Always Melted

We've now bought a total of 5 boxes of ice cream on 3 separate occasions over about 3 months from Checkers Virginia Circle (4 Magnums and 1 King Cone). EVERY SINGLE BOX HAS BEEN MELTED AND ICED.

It's so bad that the King Cones were inedible and the magnum sticks become embedded in the ice cream, like an ice cream sandwich but with ice instead of cream and a stick that you bite into in the middle.

These ice creams are expensive, around R70 a box and we keep throwing our money away. The Gateway branch is further to us so more likely to melt in transit but we don't have this problem from them.
