Julien from Checkers Hyper Customer Care is the best and most efficient customer care agent I have dealt with. He went the extra mile to assist me in locating a black essential microwave that I had searched for in Benoni and Boksburg for over a month. He made sure that he located it on the data base and went as far as to speak to the manager of Sunward Park Boksburg to ensure that they reserve it for me. He did all of this within 24 hours. What impressed me the most was his constant timeouts feedback at every step of the process. I appreciate employees who go the extra mile at the call of duty and leave customers with a smile on their face. He should continue be an excellent example of how to fly your company's flag high.
