Execllent Service - Checkers Hyper Helderberg

I wish to share my experience at Checkers Hyper, Helderberg during my visit on the 6th of April 2020.

I had a faulty microwave that I returned for exchange. I presented my proof of purchase and the item was exchanged without hesitation.

I had a few more grocery items to purchase, one of which was a 25litre water can. I asked one of the floor assistants for some help; she walked with me to the department that we both thought where we could find it, but no luck.

I was slightly disappointed, but accepted my defeat.

While I was shopping in a completely different part of the store, that same lady came to find me to tell me that she found what I was looking for. She walked all the way back with me, took the item off the shelve and gave it to me.

By now you can understand that I was mighty impressed with this level of service, but this morning I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY when I received a call from Checkers Hyper Helderberg to find out if I was satisfied with the service that I received during my item exchange!!!

My word Checkers Hyper Helderberg, you have a fantastic team of people working there. I regularly visit your store, but I will make sure to share my experience with my family and friends. You deserve to be at the top!
