Excessive noise & bad attitude from management

For the past two years we have been constantly complaining about the checkers store that has opened up right next to our residence, corner of rietspruit and plate thorn, kosmosdal, centurion.Even though we have tolerated the noise from delivery trucks and garbage disposal, the biggest problem is the staff that sit next to the boundary wall and at the back of the store, on a daily basis and scream and shout and cause a huge disturbance to an otherwise peaceful neighborhood. Today when we reported the incident again to management, the manager on duty, said that it is not his concern and he cannot control what takes place outside the store, even though the staff are still on checkers premises. He was rude and uncooperative and had total disregard for our complaint. In the past, the managers would usually address the situation immediately. This has become frustrating and demonstrates a disregard by checkers to respond and address concerns appropriately, and with a lasting resolution and suggests that checkers is failing to live up to its brand and image it projects.<br>
