EXCEPTIONALLY BAD SERVICE From Checkers Horison

EXCEPTIONALLY BAD SERVICE Stood 10 minutes in a queue just to be told till is closed. Put a closed sign on a trolley but customer blocked the sign. Went to amother till now waiting 30 min in queue to pay for 5 items. Still there is 5 people in front of me. No communication or concern from management. Previous day there was a mouse at the fridges. Manager said they will look at it. Bad bad bad service. When i spoke to a supervisor he said that i can go to Sunshine or Wrstgate as well. **** attitude
