Exceptional service - Checkers Brooklyn Mall

On 17 December 2020 I was looking for paper cups for my employer who is a diplomat minister, but could only find plastic and polystyrene cups. I asked a gentleman with the name of Jabulani who then asked a co-worker. The co-worker pointed to the plastic cups, but I explained to him that the minister wanted paper cups. He then said they don't have. I continued to get some other items. A few rows further Jabulani came and searched for me and brought me a few packs that he had found in the meantime.

Unfortunately it wasn't enough as the minister needed 100 paper cups. Jabulani then went back to the storage and searched further and then brought out a box which was still to be unpacked. I then realized it wouldn't fit into my basket, but again Jabulani showed great professionalism by quickly offered to get me a trolley.

So often we find people who only do what is expected from them, but this was truly exceptional. I want to thank Jabulani for his amazing service. Jabulani, Checkers Brooklyn Mall is very fortunate to have you working there.
