Exceptional Service

Went into Checkers Hyper Mall Of Africa for a Specials I had seen in the local paper. Got there and there were no catalogues anymore. I couldnt remember specific items on Special and could not get any help from the people meant to assist at the Shop. I asked for the Shop Manager and unfortunately was off duty. Then a Gentleman by the name Shadreck Mvana overheard my plight and stopped what he was busy with and approached me to assist. He told me what the Specials were off the top of his head. Furthermore he went out of his way to look for the catalogues and brought them to me. Keep it up Shadrack bhuti.
